Within a week of the course I email every client personally with a summary of what we covered on the course, and maybe a few specific reminders on any questions that you ask me during the day.
If you have questions after the course I'm happy for you to email me and I will help as much as possible. All this means our clients have a great day, as you will find on the Customer feedback reviews on the Home page.
There are occasionally slight differences to the itinerary depending on the specific venue, weather on the day, level of experience of clients on the day etc. All with the aim of tailoring each course to your needs.
If for any reason we only have one person booked on the course we will run it as a half day course.
